Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:You'll need to provide proof of purchase.To request a return, email us at hello@theabundantcollective.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.*Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.*Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
