Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We are pleased to ship worldwide. Currently, our standard shipping via Australia Post covers the following regions:

Australia

New Zealand

Asia (East, Southeast, South Asia)

United States & Canada

Europe


2. Processing Time

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia.

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


3. Shipping Methods, Times & Rates

All times are estimates after dispatch and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices shown are for shipping only. Import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Australia Post provides tracking for all these regions. You can monitor your parcel’s journey via their track & trace tool.


6. Missed Deliveries & Failed Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails, Australia Post may leave a note or return the package to us. Should that happen:

Returned-to-sender shipments will be reshipped once shipping costs are covered.

If we suspect the provided address is incorrect, we will reach out to confirm before resending.



7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel appears delayed or is marked as lost:

We'll help investigate and initiate a claim with Australia Post on your behalf where applicable.



8. Partial Shipments

On occasion, items in your order may ship separately — you’ll receive separate tracking numbers accordingly.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied for these split shipments.
