Our Perfectly Imperfect Carry-All Totes are the same bold, beautiful, terry-towelling bags you know and love - they just have a few small imperfections that make them one-of-a-kind. Think of these as the “little sisters” of our main collection: still stunning, still spacious, still practical… just with a tiny personality trait to match their charm.

These pieces may include minor stitching inconsistencies, small fabric pulls, or slight misalignments that don’t affect the overall structure, durability, or functionality of the bag. They still pass the vibe check — just not our full-price perfection test.

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.*Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.*Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
